Making Sausages

Sara and I made 4kg of pork and sage sausages for a TCTS BBQ.
Will try pork and apple next time.

Erasmas joined to the ewes on 11March 2012

Last year we were not successful getting any lambs. This year we waited until early March before joining the ram to the ewes.

Barry and Margot being debudded 4 March

Two calves being debudded at 3 weeks of age. Next time will try to do it before two weeks old. The bull's buds particularly were well advanced.

Catches ferocious rabbit with bare hands

Caught this rabbit hiding near Andy's veggie patch last night. It will make a nice lunch today.
