Wood-fired, brick bbq (grill)

David finally got around to building his own barbeque (grill) after 7 long years of having to make do with temporary makeshift types; you know, a sheet of metal on two concrete blocks.  David's inspiration came from a series of two YouTube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JS5srtCBAMQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBcRxkfWyRo) by a certain Bill who is quite a character.
